SLEEP





Having a great night sleep is always a good thing. For me there is nothing nicer than getting into a fluffy warm bed at the end of a stressful day. Because I am currently staying in a hotel its not quite the same as when I'm at home, which is with out a doubt my favourite bed, but its still pretty good. Sleeping allows for you to properly shut off your brain for a while and just sink into peace, which for everyone is really important once in a while. 
Also since I have a little bit of a cold right now sleep is really important for me to feel better so that I can get on with my life without having to drag a tissue box with me everywhere!
